Return and Exchange

At ParadeMade, each product is made by hand and no two products are identical. Actual products may also vary slightly from the listing photos. Slight imperfections are to be expected - purchase only if you're comfortable with this.


Every item that leaves our studio is made and packaged with care, but in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may drop us an email to update us with your intention to return your purchase item, and proceed to return it within 5 business days.

Please note that returned items must be unused with its original packaging unopened. You will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred. A refund of your purchase, excluding shipping costs, will be issued after we receive and verify your item. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please get in touch with us by email, with a proof of purchase and proof of defect.


We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, subject to the aforementioned conditions being met. 

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Kindly note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Missing Packages
If your package is missing, we may do a replacement on a case to case basis. There will be no monetary refund for late delivery or missing packages.
